DESCRIPTION:We are excited to share that Norfolk State University’s Softball Team is stepping up to support the fight against lupus by hosting a Lupus Awareness Day during their MEAC games against South Carolina State University on Saturday\, March 15\, 2025! This special event will take place at Norfolk State University’s softball field\, and we invite you to join us for an afternoon of softball\, awareness\, and community support. \n\n\n\n Location: Norfolk State University\, 700 Park Avenue\, Norfolk\, VA 23504 (Use Gate One off Park Avenue – security will direct you to parking.) \n\n\n\nGame Times: 2:00 PM & 4:30 PM \n\n\n\nAdmission: FREE & family-friendly event! \n\n\n\n\n\nSocial Butterflies Foundation is honored to be recognized for our advocacy and dedication to assisting lupus and fibromyalgia thrivers and their families. We are incredibly grateful to Norfolk State University for using their platform to help raise awareness of lupus and support those affected. \n\n\n\nDuring the event\, be sure to visit the Social Butterflies Foundation table to learn more about the work we do\, how you can get involved\, and take advantage of the free pre-order of your lupus awareness DMV plates! \n\n\n\nThis is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a great game\, support a meaningful cause\, and stand in solidarity with lupus thrivers in our community. We hope to see you there! \n\n\n\n Spread the word and join us in raising awareness!
