Our Holiday Outreach Program provides assistance to eligible families with dependent children affected by lupus and/or fibromyalgia throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia.

Who Can Apply

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for assistance, applicants must meet all four of the following criteria.

  1. Your Household

    You must be applying for your own household.

  2. Hampton Roads Residency

    You must reside in Hampton Roads, Virginia.

  3. Dependent Children

    You must be the parent or legal guardian of at least one dependent child under the age of 18.

  4. Medical Eligibility

    At least one parent, legal guardian, or child in the household must have a diagnosis of lupus and/or fibromyalgia.
