Custom order, shipping & return information
Return, Refund & Order Policy
All SBF custom apparel is made-to-order and personalized specifically for each customer. All sales are final once an order is placed.
Within 15 days of delivery, replacements or refunds may be available for defective, incorrect, or materially different items.
Incorrect size selection, customer-submitted customization errors, and changes of mind are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping & Processing
Processing time is 7-9 business days. Standard U.S. shipping is typically 8-10 business days; expedited shipping is typically 3-5 business days after processing.
Standard shipping is $9.95. Expedited shipping is $35. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is incorrect.
