Ain’t no party like an old-school party! The highly anticipated No School Like Old School Dance Fitness Party takes place on September 16, 2023, at Boo Williams Sportsplex in Hampton from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (doors open at noon). We have the best dance fitness instructors in VA ready to party with you to some of your favorite throwback jams. Grab your friends and wear your favorite old-school gear or the color purple to help raise awareness for lupus and fibromyalgia. This is an experience that you do not want to miss!
