Social Butterflies Foundation and Parents Against Bullying cordially invite lupus and fibromyalgia survivors, caregivers, the medical community, and others affected by chronic illnesses to join us for a day devoted to health and wellness. The Lupus & Fibromyalgia Summit and Health Fair provide a variety of discussions led by physicians and other experts dedicated to providing useful information for you to maintain a healthy lifestyle mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Check-in and continental breakfast begin at 10:00 AM. The Summit will begin promptly at 10:30 AM.
