    Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a Master’s Degree in
    Business Administration with a focus on Public Administration.

    Since her diagnosis with fibromyalgia in 2015, Crystal has exemplified resilience and empathy,

    asset to our organization and a champion for meaningful change. Currently, Crystal leads the
    Cancer Care initiative, where she oversees the preparation of snack bags for patients at the
    Oncology Unit at Hampton Sentara Hospital. Her commitment to this cause highlights her
    dedication to improving the lives of others, providing comfort and care to those undergoing
    treatment.
